I heard the Author Mat Stein on C2C this week.. The book looks like a good handbook for survival techniques.. Anyone own it? I think I am going to order it.

Was listening last night-then realized I have the book. It really touches on a wide variety of subjects. Anywhere from preserving water, sprouting, 1st aid, shelter, colloidal silver, intro to metal working, even shamanic and holistic healing. Lots of stuff. If you really want to get in deeper into any one skill he has references and books you can get. Worth getting for someone newly concerned and little experience.
